| DETAILS: At this year’s retreat, 7th-12th Grade Girls will realize the truth of a God who never leaves us no matter where we go. Our theme is “Wherever I Go”, and the theme verse is Psalm 139:7-10, “Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence? If I go up to the heavens, you are there; if I make my bed in the depths, you are there. If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast.” The cruise-like experience will take you around the world as you spoil yourself with elegantly  placed dining, world-class spa treatments, renowned international cuisine, relevant discussions, creative worship experiences, and many relevant Breakout Sessions. Your cruise package will also include the opportunity to be part of our studio audience at our late-night talk show with special guests sharing their talents and experiences. The retreat will start at 5:00pm on Friday Night with Early Sessions from 3:00-4:45pm. It will conclude on Saturday Afternoon at 6:00pm. | | COSTS AND DEADLINES: The cost of the retreat is $45 per person. Girls always get their money’s worth. The cost will pay for all the food, breakout materials, a retreat handbag with a notebook, the time of your life, and many more surprises and prizes. Total cost is due upon registering for the retreat. PLEASE NOTE: If cost is the reason you cannot attend, it’s not a good reason. There are work opportunities and scholarships available. The complete registration cost of $45, along with the completed registration form is due on or before February 5th, 2010, 4pm at the First Baptist Church office. If  you sign up on or before February 1st, you will be entered into a drawing to win a new Flip Video camera. This is a perk reserved for those who meet the early-bird deadline of Feb 1st.
