2021 FBC Bible Reading Plan

2021 FBC Bible Reading Plan

As we approach the new year we want to center our hearts, our lives, and our church on God's Word. So beginning Sunday, January 3rd we are encouraging our entire church to read through the Bible for 2021.
We will be using the Read Scripture Bible Reading Plan, which will get us through the entire Bible just before the end of the year. Each day you will read a few chapters as well as one Psalm to pray through. The plan is semi-chronological in order and has optional videos to provide background information to each book and major themes in the Bible. Each Sunday we will provide a printout of the readings for the week and Brandon will do a one minute recap of the previous week's reading.

How To Read

Below are three different ways anyone in our church can participate in the year-long Bible reading plan:

Weekly List Of Daily Readings

Every Sunday we will print out the daily Bible readings for the week and they will be available in the bulletin or for pick up at the kiosk.

Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, but whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night. That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither—whatever they do prospers.
- Psalm 1:1-3
